your call sign - M1Combat

your age (must be over 18 years old) - 38

your type of internet connection and speed - Cable (Coax) - 200Mb/down, 5Mb up

your timezone - GMT-7 (Arizona)

your availability during the week - I'm good for almost any time, but if my phone rings and I have a call from a client sometimes I need to go ASAP.

your approximate number of flight hours already spent on DCS - At the very least 40-80 in the BS.  I have completed Medvedev II, Deployment and in process on Republic and have played in the 104th server for quite a few hours as well.  A LOT more hours racing the TF-51 in Shahdoh's racing series.  Maybe 10 in the F15.

your knowledge level with the integrated DCS Mission Editor - Not a lot.  I've thrown together a few missions for target practice with the guns/rockets (AA and AG).  I'm not so good with the rockets and barely passable with the guns (unless I can use padlock view) because I don't have TiR :(.  I have taken down 1 AI SU-25, a number of AI Mi8's, a few Hueys and a player piloted KA-50 with guns.

your preferred chopper (you can love them all!) - KA-50

your expectations w.r.t BSD. - I'm looking for a group to run Co-op missions with.  Ideally the people will have the ability and interest in helping me to learn to deploy the KA-50 more effectively and we'll all have fun doing it.  I would also like to take a shot, as a member of a team, at creating something like a Co-op campaign for the KA50 that could then be shared to the community as a whole.

I'm not sure why it keeps losing the formatting...  It looks great before I post it, both with and without bullets but once I post it just goes to a wall of text :(.  Tried IE and FF...   Sorry about that...

I know! I have to figure out why it does this to everyone. Anyway, post edited and reformatted.

Very good presentation and interesting too. I hope flying evenings EST won't be too early for you then. I completely understand your constraints. Real life is always more important here at BSD. So no worry if you have to leave in the middle of a flight.

TIR is very useful but not mandatory for flying effectively with the shark. I can see you already have the basics for mission editing. MP missions do not really require a hardcore level to be fun. I remember some pretty nice ones that took the creator about 10 minutes. What's nice usually is the story behind the missions/campaign.

I am really glad to see that we have some members considering building up campaigns. This is very promising for our group. If you are available, please register and join the introduction mission next Friday (29th). We'll chat a lot and fly a little. We might even shoot things!
