Details
This exercise has the goal to provide a basic and advanced understanding about VFR Rote Planning and VFR Flights on a blind map.
The Situation mimics a specific Situation in which the Aircrafts have suffered severe Damages on the Navigation Systems and most of the Avionics, thus only the Engines and flying Systems are available for RTB.
Important Note: This Exercise is focusing primarily on Pilotage, NOT dead reconning. If desired, so dead reconning will be offered in a second Session.
This exercise is Task Training relevant and all Reaper RL3 should participate if possible.
Mission Specifics:
- Specific RL3 Training on following Tasks:
+ 1004 Plan a visual flight rules (VFR) flight
+ 1044 Navigate by pilotage and dead reckoning
